Should I take my IRA RMD since the CARE Act exempts me for 2020?
The CARE Act was just signed into law to provide us relief from the finanical impacts of COVID-19. It provides those people who otherwise were required to take a RMD (required minimum distribution) from their IRA account an opporutnity to skip the RMD for 2020 without penalty.
