When was this video done since we are in 2021, are the on-line legal documents available to use. Am talking about “Legal Zoom”?
This video was done in April 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. I find most people are not properly served by DIY “legal zoom” type estate plan documents. The living will and health care designations may be OK using those online sources, but not one’s Last Will & Testament or Durable Power of Attorney. Hope this helps address your concerns.
